All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Regular/Full papers (up to 8 pages, IEEE double-column format)
- Short papers (up to 5 pages, IEEE double-column format)
- Posters (2 pages, IEEE double-column format)

All accepted papers will be published by IEEE Computer Society Press (EI Index) and included in IEEE Digital Library. For publication, at least one author is required to register at the full rate and present the paper at the conference for the paper to be included in the final technical program and the IEEE Digital Library.
