Each accepted paper must have at least one Onsite Paper Author registration (it is the first page that you will see in the registration process). If you do not have other option please select the \u201c<strong>Not Applicable\u201d<\/strong> option. Please make sure that you also register for any additional pages to your paper.<\/p><p>Please keep in mind that:<\/p><ul><li>full papers are allowed up to 8 pages<\/li><li>short papers are allowed up to 5 pages<\/li><li>poster papers are allowed up to 2 pages<\/li><\/ul><p>Please email Prof. Jing Fu at j.fu@fit.ac.jp in case you need help with the registration process.<\/p><p>(b)\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Prepare Your Camera-Ready Version<\/strong>. You need to upload a pdf file of the camera-ready version of your paper to the IEEE Conference Proceedings Service (IEEE CPS) so that we can produce the proceedings and distribute it. It must be in the IEEE Conference Proceedings format. The template of the format can be found at the URL below:<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates<\/a><\/p><p>You can use IEEE PDF eXpress service to check your pdf file or convert your file into pdf format. The URL of IEEE eXpress is:<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/account\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/account\/login<\/a><\/p><p>The conference id for BigDataService2026 is 70481X.<\/p><p>(c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Upload your camera-ready version<\/strong>. The deadline to upload your final version to IEEE CPS is on 20<sup>th<\/sup> June. Any delay may cause the delay of the delivery of the whole conference proceedings.
