Registration information for IEEE Big Data Service 2026 is available in the congress web page.
The following is the instruction on how to proceed with the publication procedure.
(a) Registration. Each accepted paper must have at least one Onsite Paper Author registration (it is the first page that you will see in the registration process). The URL to do registration is:

Please note that in all the required remaining pages of registration (e.g. Online Paper Author, Onsite Attendee etc.) you have to select something. If you do not have other option please select the “Not Applicable” option. Please make sure that you also register for any additional pages to your paper.
Please keep in mind that:
- full papers are allowed up to 8 pages
- short papers are allowed up to 5 pages
- poster papers are allowed up to 2 pages

(b) Prepare Your Camera-Ready Version. You need to upload a pdf file of the camera-ready version of your paper to the IEEE Conference Proceedings Service (IEEE CPS) so that we can produce the proceedings and distribute it. It must be in the IEEE Conference Proceedings format. The template of the format can be found at the URL below:

You can use IEEE PDF eXpress service to check your pdf file or convert your file into pdf format. The URL of IEEE eXpress is:

(c) Upload your camera-ready version. The deadline to upload your final version to IEEE CPS is on 20th June. Any delay may cause the delay of the delivery of the whole conference proceedings. The URL to IEEE Author Kit for uploading your camera-ready version of is:

Please note: (i) the deadline shown on the IEEE website is 15 June, but it will be open for you to upload your invited paper until 20th June. (ii) It also contains the same facility in (b) for you to convert and check your paper format.
(c) Visa Letter. If you need a letter for application of visa for entering Japan to attend the conference in person in Japan, please contact Prof. Liu Sha by email at the address: liu@fit.ac.jp
