Presentations
Full paper presentations are 25 minutes, and short paper presentations are 15 minutes, including the Q&A session. Please bring your own laptop for your presentation. The projector supports HDMI connections.
Poster Sessions
We are planning to hold a traditional 60-minute poster session. Presenters are expected to display their posters on the designated poster boards and remain by their posters throughout the session to explain their work and answer questions from attendees.
1. Poster Format & Dimensions
The poster board measures 990 mm (W) × 1460 mm (H). An A0-size poster in portrait orientation (841 × 1189 mm) will fit comfortably within the available display area.
2. Printing & Logistics
Please print your poster in advance and bring it with you to the conference venue on the day of your poster session. Please note that on-site poster printing is not available.
3. Poster Material
There are no restrictions on the poster material. Mounting supplies (i.e. pins) will be provided at the venue. Fabric (cloth) posters are also welcome and are often a convenient option for travel.
